When an older man fell at a restaurant and was severely injured, Allison was on the team that secured an approximately $1.4 million jury verdict for Ogborn Mihm’s client. In this premises liability case, a restaurant failed to exercise reasonable care to protect its patrons.


Allison was part of a team that successfully reached a settlement in a highly contentious breach of fiduciary duty case. Allison’s role in researching numerous legal issues and drafting motions assisted the team in obtaining a very desirable outcome for their client.

As a rising trial attorney in commercial litigation and personal injury, Allison takes pride in being a compelling and well-reasoned advocate. When working with clients Allison’s number one goal is empathy and understanding. Allison takes the extra step to make every person feel heard and understood. It is with this deeper understanding that she can appreciate the case and all of its nuance. Every case is unique and requires an individualized strategy. Throughout law school, Allison focused on her ability to articulate clearly and argue persuasively in the courtroom. Allison graduated from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law in the top 15% of her class. Throughout law school Allison was a member of the National Trial Team and traveled to numerous trial tournaments across the country. In her last year of law school, Allison and three of her teammates won the National Ethics Trial Competition in Sacramento, California. Allison also won the Daniel S. Hoffman Memorial Trial Advocacy Tournament, the Advocates Cup Trial Tournament, and the Hogan-Lovells Crosstown Cup Trial Tournament. During law school Allison interned for Chief Judge Michael Martinez in the 2nd Judicial District Court.

Allison was born in Watertown, South Dakota and eventually moved to Steamboat Springs, Colorado with her family. Growing up in Ski Town, USA, Allison loves snowboarding, exercising, and every single dog. Allison can usually be found at the gym or spending time with her husband and golden retriever, Boo Bear.
