Commercial & Contract Litigation

Court Building The attorneys at Ogborn Mihm have decades of experience representing businesses in high-stakes commercial litigation and contract disputes.  Our clients represent a wide spectrum of individuals and businesses – from large, multinational corporations to individual private investors – involved in a wide variety of business disputes, ranging from oral agreements gone awry to the breach of complex written agreements involving multiple parties.  Regardless of the size of the deal, or whether it was done on a handshake or after extensive negotiation, we strive to litigate the contract dispute in an efficient and effective manner with your business goals guiding our work.

We have substantial experience trying complex business cases to juries and judges.  Unlike many business litigation firms that rarely try cases, we prefer going to trial. When appropriate, we begin preparing a case for trial on day one of our representation.  We pride ourselves on our courtroom skills and our ability to try any case, regardless of size or complexity, and have successfully represented clients in hundreds of jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations involving a wide variety of business disputes across the country.
