In June 2024, Jason Wesoky and Kylie Schmidt fought hard and reached a settlement for their client who went on a casual horseback ride in Estes Park. The guide broke all of the safety rules, which resulted in several riders being thrown from their horses, one of whom suffered a brain injury.
