Trial Lawyers for High Stakes Litigation

Ogborn Mihm is a full-service litigation law firm of trial-tested and accomplished lawyers. We handle complex cases across a wide spectrum of practice areas, focusing primarily on cases with a significant likelihood of going to trial. We have earned the respect of our clients and colleagues on account of our individualized attention to cases, our unwavering resolve to obtain the best result we can by taking any case the necessary distance, our expertise in complicated areas of the law, and our professionalism.

What We Do

We assess, prepare, and present each case individually based on its unique facts and
circumstances; there is no template for the personalized representation we provide.

Appeals are vastly different from trials. While a trial focuses on facts and persuading a jury, an appeal is about the nuances of complex and varying legal authorities and persuading a panel of seasoned judges.
