$2 Million Settlement for Brain Injury

In June 2024, Jason Wesoky and Kylie Schmidt fought hard and reached a settlement for their client who went on a casual horseback ride in Estes Park. The guide broke all of the safety rules, which resulted in several riders being thrown from their horses, one of whom suffered a brain injury. Even after the first trial was unsuccessful, Jason and Kylie didn’t give up. They got the trial judge reversed on appeal and then settled the case for $2,000,000.
